Amstel Housing began its activities as a housing agent in 2002 in a small office near the centre of Amstelveen with a team of two people, and in the following years has grown with a larger team and is now located in several places in the Netherlands.

In the early years the emphasis was still on the rental of homes, but due to changes in the market we have now also started to focus on the purchase and sale of residential property.

Our clients, mainly owners of properties for rent or sale, appreciate Amstel Housing and our team from the beginning of our existence for our proactive, passionate and committed way of working.

We are proud of our work and continuously strive to assist our clients in the best possible way in finding the right match in renting or selling, by using our experience, knowledge and networks within the market.

In 2009 Amstel Housing started franchising, giving enthusiastic entrepreneurs the opportunity to join our organisation and make use of our successful formula in their own region. At this moment our franchise offices are active in the following regions:
