JOINN! offers housing for Short Stay (up to 30 nights) and Long Stay (until 9 months) which feels like home. The JOINN! City Lofts are fully equipped with your own kitchen and comfortable seating area equipped with all amenities such as ultra quick Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.
Whether you’re an expat and temporarily living in the Netherlands, your own home is being refurbished, you’re between houses or looking for accommodation after a break-up, JOINN! is the place for you when looking for carefree and temporary housing! You can use the central laundry room for washing, drying and ironing. Read a book on your own balcony or just simply relax on a comfortable bed. Everything you need is right here!

• All fixed costs such as: gas, water, electric, TV and Internet are included.
The prices below are valid for 2024. The rate is determined by the period you book at the start. With extensions you can be offered the next (cheaper) rate. However, this does not apply retroactively.

These prices are based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. Prices include VAT, gas/water/electricity/TV/internet and monthly cleaning, but excl. 5% tourist tax and final cleaning.
