Type Villa Adilene is a beautiful detached villa with a playful layout with its own pool and terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large porch and swimming pool with deck.
The surface of the villa including pooldeck is approximately 225m2. The surface of the lot of course depends on the plot of land you choose, inquire about the possibilities, we are happy to help you!

The price of Villa Adilène is from ANG (Antiliaanse Guldens) 565.000 (price level March 2022), including sales tax and excluding the costs for the plot and provisional posts*
The final price in euros depends on exchange rates and possible bank and exchange costs.

A) Architecture fees apply

D) Taking care of the construction inspection (on average 2x a week) amounts to:
Ang. 85 per hour incl 6% o.b. = $49.00 In addition to construction inspection on site, also periodic (weekly or biweekly) update via email with points of interest and photos
