Due to the many windows and patio doors, the house has a lot of light, and you can walk straight onto your terrace and pool deck from the living room and kitchen. Let the fun begin!
The surface of the porch is 31m2, the swimming pool measures 21m2 with the adjacent pool deck of 21m2.

The final price in euros depends on exchange rates and possible bank and exchange costs.
The prices of the villas are exclusive of plot/land and exclusive of provisional posts and architect costs.
The estimated lot price for this type of villa is approximately € 50,000 – 80,000.
