Type Villa Leonie is a cozy yet spacious detached villa with a surface of 85m2, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large covered terrace (porch) with private pool.
Due to the many windows and patio doors, the house has a lot of light, and you can walk straight onto your terrace and pool deck. Let the fun begin!
The surface of the porch is 35m2, the swimming pool measures 25m2, followed by the pool deck of 28m2. The surface of the lot of course depends on the plot of land you choose, inquire about the possibilities, we are happy to help you!
Layout villa: entrance, spacious living room with open kitchen, utility room/storage room, both bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet and sink; 2 spacious bedrooms of 13m2.
The price of Villa Leonie is from ANG (Antiliaanse Guldens) 269.500 (ca. Euro 150.000 costs for buyer, price level August 2022), excluding 6% sales tax and excluding the costs for the plot and provisional posts*
The final price in euros depends on exchange rates and possible bank and exchange costs.

A) Architecture fees apply

D) Taking care of the construction inspection (on average 2x a week) amounts to:
