Type Villa Santiago is a comfortable and spacious detached villa / bungalow built in typical tropical style, with a surface area of no less than 118m2, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very large covered porch with adjoining pool deck and swimming pool. All rooms are located on the ground floor.
The surface of the porch is 35m2, the pool measures 25m2, followed by the pool deck of 26m2. The surface of the lot depends of course on the plot of land you choose, inquire about the possibilities, we are happy to help you!
Layout villa: entrance, hall, spacious living room with open kitchen, utility room/storage room, 1st bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink; 2 spacious bedrooms of 13m2, third bedroom of 10m2.
The price of Villa Santiago is from ANG (Antilian Guilders) 330,000 (price level March 2022), including VAT and excluding the costs for the plot and provisional posts*
The final price in euros depends on exchange rates and possible bank and exchange costs.
