In collaboration with CDL Architects, we offer you the unique opportunity to build your own villa on this beautiful island!
Type Villa Leonie is a cozy yet spacious detached villa with a surface of 80m2, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large covered terrace (porch) with private pool.
Due to the many windows and patio doors, the house has a lot of light, and you can walk straight onto your terrace and pool deck. Let the fun begin!
The surface of the porch is 21m2, the swimming pool measures 22m2, followed by the pool deck of 22m2. The surface of the lot of course depends on the plot of land you choose, inquire about the possibilities, we are happy to help you!
Layout villa: entrance, hall, spacious living room with open kitchen (18m2), storage room, both bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet and sink (5 & 6m2); 2 spacious bedrooms of 10 and 12m2.
The price of Villa Afara is from ANG (Antiliaanse Guldens) 215.000 (price level August 2022, ca. Euro 120.000 k.k.), excluding sales tax and excluding the costs for the plot and provisional posts*
The final price in euros depends on exchange rates and possible bank and exchange costs.

A) Architecture fees apply

D) Taking care of the construction inspection (on average 2x a week) amounts to:
